LOYALTY PROGRAM
The guiding principle of the MOLECULE, Loyalty Program, is the client’ s reward for every 50€ he spends in our e-account. If the client buys a product, which costs 50€ he will receive 1€ at points (2% return).
EXAMPLES:
If the client buys a product, which costs 50€ he will gain 200 points in his e-account.
If the client buys a product, which costs 70€ he will gain again 200 points in his e-account.
If the client buys a product, which costs 100€ he will gain 400 points in his e-account.
If the client buys a product, which costs 45€ he will gain 0 points in his e-account.
NOTES:
The calculation of the points based on the total amount, that the client collects in his e-shopping basket.
In case of the discount voucher using in the checkout, the corresponding points subtracted. (for example if the client buys a product, which costs 100€-400 points-and uses the discount voucher 40% , the amount in his e-basket will be 60€. Specifically he will gain 200 points for this purchase.)
Discounted cost products aren’t count on points.
At the moment that the client gains 2000 points he can cash in those points with a discount voucher of 10€s for immediate use in 30 days. This discount voucher cannot be combined with others discount vouchers and cannot be used in discounted cost products.
If the client gains over 2000 points he can purchase them with a same value voucher equal to the points he gains.

In his MOLECULE e-account the client is able to see the informations below, in the unit MY REWARDS ACCOUNT:
A1. MY ACCOUNT
TOTAL REWARDS: Total points he gained during the purchase of the products.
AVAILABLE: Available points to cash in. (he must collect over 2000 points to cash in discount voucher)
AWAITING VALIDATION: Points that have not been evaluated yet. (for example, in case of bank deposit or COD, the points remain in AWAITING VALIDATION condition until the confirmation that the money have been paid.)
NOTE: In case of the cancellation or the returning of the order, the points subtracted from the client’s e-account.
A2. AVAILABLE VOUCHERS
DATE: The edition date of the discount voucher
CODE: The code of the discount voucher
STATUS: Available or not
DESCRIPTION: Description of the discount voucher
VALUE: Value of the discount voucher
MINIMUM: In case of the discount voucher can be used for purchases over ΧΧ€
VALIDITY: Until the time the discount voucher is valid.
ADD TO CART: (Put the code in the e-basket)
REWARDS HISTORY
EVENT: The source of the points. It can be from purchasing of a product or from a sponsorship program.
DATE: Date of the EVENT
REWARD: Total points from the EVENT
STATUS: Status of the EVENT rewarded points (if the points gained from a cancelled purchase there will be the indication CANCELLED)
VALIDITY: Evaluation points in hold.
VOUCHER’S HISTORY
DATE: Publishing date of the discount voucher.
CODE: Code of the discount voucher.
STATUS: Available or not.
DESCRIPTION: Description of the discount voucher.
VALUE: Value of the discount voucher.
MINIMUM: In case of the discount voucher can be used for purchases over ΧΧ€
VALIDITY: The duration of the discount voucher.
